The owner of CHC, Ryan, started working in the Whole House Fan industry in 1992 and founded Colorado Home Cooling in 2003. In 2004, CHC became the first QuietCool dealer in Colorado. We have grown every year by treating our customers, employees and vendors with honesty and respect. We pride ourselves on being on-time, courteous, professional, organized and very neat. We take the same care with your home that we do with our own homes and will provide you with the highest customer service in the state!

meet the team
Founder & Director of Training
Ryan grew up in Aurora, Colorado and founded CHC in 2003. He earned a B.S. in Land Use and Geology from Metro State in 1995. Ryan has installed thousands of whole house fans and attic fans in the Denver metro area since 1992 and is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products that work powerfully and quietly to cool homes and increase energy efficiency. He was certified as a BPI Building Analyst in 2011 and also maintains the EPA Lead-Safe Worker certificate. Ryan enjoys living in Colorado with his wife and dogs, hiking, cycling and traveling.
Owner & Operator
Andrew joined CHC after a career in energy consulting. Before that, he served in the US Army as an officer commanding armor and infantry units. Based in Fort Carson in Colorado Springs for some time, he also spent 15 months conducting combat patrols in Baghdad. Andrew's passionate about green energy and home health and loves nothing more than working alongside his team to delight customers and provide the highest standard of service.
Andrew has a BS in Engineering Management from West Point, an MS in Engineering from Missouri University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Director of Operations
Jordan, our Director of Operations, is a native of Aurora, Colorado and began with CHC in early 2008. He has installed thousands of whole house and attic fans and has extensive experience in residential home construction. Jordan was certified as a BPI Building Analyst in 2011 and has been an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Worker since 2011. Jordan lives in Aurora with his wife and 2 children and enjoys camping and football. Go Broncos!
Jake has been a Project Manager with CHC for 3 years now. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from CU Boulder and is originally from Chicago. He has taken courses in fluid dynamics and thermodynamics, circuits and electronics, static and structures, CAD, solid mechanics, material science and component design. His study in these fields compliments all the work that we do at CHC. He is an incredibly quick learner and naturally intuitive when it comes to all things mechanical. In his free time, Jake loves keeping physically fit, snowboarding, motorcycling and working on cars.
