The owner of CHC, Ryan, started working in the Whole House Fan industry in 1992 and founded Colorado Home Cooling in 2003. In 2004, CHC became the first QuietCool dealer in Colorado. We have grown every year by treating our customers, employees and vendors with honesty and respect. We pride ourselves on being on-time, courteous, professional, organized and very neat. We take the same care with your home that we do with our own homes and will provide you with the highest customer service in the state!

Meet the Team
Ryan - Founder & CEO
Ryan grew up in Aurora, Colorado and founded CHC in 2003. He earned a B.S. in Land Use and Geology from Metro State in 1995. Ryan has installed thousands of whole house fans and attic fans in the Denver metro area since 1992, and is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products that work powerfully and quietly to cool homes and increase energy efficiency. He was certified as a BPI Building Analyst in 2011 and also maintains the EPA Lead Safe Worker certificate. Ryan enjoys living in Colorado with his wife and dogs, hiking, cycling and traveling.
Chris - CFO
Chris joined CHC in 2014 after 20 years in the bicycle industry, sporting goods, and non-profit sectors. His experience includes marketing, sales, brand management, product development and financial management. He has lived in Colorado for nearly twenty years. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and cycling, snowboarding, camping, reading and writing. He holds a BA with Honors from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh. Go Penguins!
Jordan - Director of Operations
Jordan, our Director of Operations, is a native of Aurora, Colorado and began with CHC in early 2008. He has installed thousands of whole house and attic fans, and has extensive experience in residential home construction. Jordan was certified as a BPI Building Analyst in 2011 and has been an EPA Lead Safe Certified Worker since 2011. Jordan lives in Aurora, CO, with his wife and 2 children, and enjoys camping and football. Go Broncos!
Jake – Project Manager
Jake has been a Project Manager with CHC for 2 years now. He is an engineering student at CU, originally from Chicago. He has taken courses in fluid dynamics and thermodynamics, circuits and electronics, static and structures, CAD, solid mechanics, material science and component design. His study in these fields compliment all the work that we do at CHC. He is an incredibly quick learner and naturally intuitive when it comes to all things mechanical. In his free time, Jake loves to keep physically fit, he loves snowboarding, motorcycling and working on cars.
DJ – Admin and Sales Coordinator
DJ is a Colorado native and started with CHC in early 2019. He has worked previously as an electrician, which has helped him grasp a detailed understanding of whole house fans systems in a short time. He is a very versatile worker who is able to work in the office helping customers as well as in the field working with the install crews.
