Our founder, Ryan, started working in the Whole House Fan industry in 1992 and founded Colorado Home Cooling in 2003. In 2004, CHC became the first QuietCool dealer in Colorado and we have grown every year by treating our customers, employees, and vendors with honesty and respect. We pride ourselves on being on-time, courteous, professional, organized and neat. We take the same care with your home that we do with our own homes and will provide you with the highest customer service in the state!

What distinguishes US

Our crews are our employees, not independent contractors, and are covered under CHC’s liability and workman’s comp insurance policies.  This also allows us to provide the best standards of service during viral season.

Our Project Managers have passed the rigorous CHC written and practical testing standards.

Our Project Managers have completed the QuietCool University online course.

Our Project Managers have completed the EPA’s Lead Safe Renovation course.

To save you time and money, we arrive at your home ready to complete the entire project in one day.
